Cake Ingredients
Flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking soda, sour cream, pure vanilla extract.
Cocoa powder is added to chocolate pound cakes.
Lemon juice, lemon extract and powdered sugar are added to lemon pound cakes.
Cocoa powder, vinegar and red paste food coloring are added to red velvet pound cakes.
Canola oil is used in cake pan preparation.
Some cakes may have trace amounts of soy due to cake pan preparation. Please check the ingredient label on the bottom of the cake.
